Metapoetiks : Word makes World
It is a world of many words. Although the bardic lineage of story, song and poetic stream is nowhere near as important as it has been in times past, it still continues to play a key role in the evolutionary development of human culture. At this potent destiny bridge between present culture and future culture, infused by easy access to the history of poetry from all cultures on the planet, the new poet becomes a metapoet and able to transcend the usual limitations of linear meaning.
The metapoet plays with the potential of language to communicate about things that are beyond language. By wrapping words around the unspeakable, the metapoet can translate emotion and experience across vast distances of time and space, preserving its transformational potential as a healing medium for growth and empowerment of humans and human culture.
